Power Pole fittings
Pole fittings are mainly used in power poles for power transmission and distribution. S Energy’s pole fittings are easy to install, strong and durable, high tensile strength and have additional functions such as corrosion and rust prevention.
Main functions of pole fittings
1. Fixation of the wire
The fittings on the poles are an important part of securing the wires and preventing the wires from falling off the poles. The fittings are usually made of steel or cast iron material, which has high tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The wire is firmly fixed to the pole by the hardware, which can effectively prevent the wire from breaking or falling off in bad weather such as strong wind and rainstorm, and improve the safety and reliability of the wire.
2. Prevent aging and corrosion
The fittings on the poles also have the effect of preventing aging and corrosion of the poles. The fittings are usually bent on the pole to form a metal ring or wrap the part on the pole, effectively isolating the contact between the pole and the external environment, thereby reducing the corrosion and aging degree on the pole and extending the service life of the pole.
3. Raising transmission efficiency
The fittings on the pole also can raise the efficiency of wire transmission. The design and selection of fittings directly affect the transmission efficiency and stability of wires. Different types of wires and different types of poles require different fittings. The fitting on the pole must be able to meet the transmission requirements of the wire, such as: to maintain the tension of the wire, to avoid the wire skew and shake, so that the wire to maintain a good grounding state.
